So, you need two touchstones to split test? Well, below, I've created a

handful of touchstones.

I can write many paragraphs that show the underlying implications beneath

these touchstones, but I'll let their simplicity speak for themselves.

But before we get to them, I ask two things:

1. When you read these, read them from the point of view of a person who

knows nothing about the ThinkTwoAhead/Great Formula philosophies, as Mark said

on the call.

2. When you read these, think of what they mean beyond the words. If you do

this, I think you'll see the thinking process that I used to create these

touchstones. (Remember also that curiosity is one of the greates motivators

and interest generators. Try to find out which ones have curiosity built into

them.)


Here they are:

Here's another attempt at finding a touchstone for your seminar/workshop:

If I were to wager a guess at why, I’d say that users don’t “browse” forms. The interaction style users engage in with forms is different, and requires its own study and design best practices.
