My favorite Van Gogh. Sent postcards back of this pic from Amsterdam -- one was taped for many years to the inside of the CG's walk in cooler.

Anyway I'm Dave's friend whom you wanted to meet.

If you want to make a few fast billion$ that's probably a good idea.

I actually did almost meet you during your pitch to the CG. I was the dude hunkered twitchily over his lap top in the corner.

Cool. check my digs or email me: 2win.ez@gmail.com

And I'll be around all tonight (thurs) if you want to catch a beer.

Go First Class,
Mike E

Interesting… I might try some of this on my blog, too. It’s quite interesting how you sometimes stop being innovative and just go for an accepted solution without actually trying to improve it… you make a couple of good points

I think you can take Ryanair as a good case-in-point, whereby some people still want great customer service after paying peanuts. For people who are more realistic, it’s worth paying that little bit more for a better experience. After all, our time and how we feel, are the most important things for many people.

Good points. I've found most businesses are skeptical of these tactics, but still get calls from people asking for guaranteed rankings. Education is the key.
